U.D.O. - We Are One (2020)

Udo Dirkschneider (nacido el 6 de abril de 1952) es un cantante alemán de Heavy Metal que saltó a la fama con Accept. Después de abandonar Accept en 1987, formó UDO , con quien también ha tenido éxito comercial. Dirkschneider hizo una aparición especial en el álbum de 2006 de Lordi, ganador del Concurso de canciones de Eurovisión, 'The Arockalypse'. ¡Lordi dice que tanto "Don't Look Back" como "Blitz of Lightning" de UDO son canciones que cambiaron su vida en un artículo de la revista Kerrang!. También aparece como invitado en el video musical de la canción "Shtil" de la banda rusa de Heavy Metal Aria. Dirkschneider grabó las voces principales con la banda de NWOBHM Raven en su versión de "Born to Be Wild" en un lanzamiento sencillo de 1983. La canción también apareció como B-side en "Break the Chain" de su álbum 'All for One'. También es famoso por su balada de dueto con Doro Pesch, "Dancing with an Angel". Durante Wacken 2008, interpretó "They Only Come Out at Night" en vivo con Lordi. El hijo de Dirkschneider, Sven, actualmente toca en la banda Damaged, que apoyó a UDO en una cita en Alemania en noviembre de 2011. En 2015, se convirtió en un miembro permanente de la banda de su padre.
