Este es el sexto álbum de estudio de la banda sueca Ghost y marca un cambio significativo en su enfoque temático. Mientras que trabajos anteriores como 'Impera' y 'Prequelle' abordaban temas como la caída de imperios o plagas apocalípticas, 'Skeletá' se sumerge en las emociones humanas más profundas, ofreciendo una experiencia sonora introspectiva y personal.

El primer sencillo, “Satanized”, presenta una melodía envolvente con letras oscuras, y su videoclip ofrece una experiencia interactiva llamada The Satanizer, donde los fans pueden integrarse en la narrativa visual del video.

Skeletá is the sixth studio album by Swedish band Ghost, released on April 25, 2025. It marks a major shift in their thematic direction. While previous albums like Impera and Prequelle dealt with epic concepts like the fall of empires and apocalyptic plagues, Skeletá dives inward—exploring deep human emotions in a much more personal and introspective way.

The lead single, “Satanized,” delivers haunting melodies and dark lyrics. Its music video goes a step further with an interactive experience called The Satanizer, letting fans immerse themselves into the visual story.

With Skeletá, Ghost introduces a new papal character: Papa V Perpetua, portrayed by frontman Tobias Forge. He was officially revealed during a fan livestream called the “Ghost Watch Party for Papa V,” marking the beginning of a new chapter in Ghost's evolving visual lore. As always, the band continues its tradition of unveiling a new “Papa” with each era.

To promote Skeletá, Ghost has launched their biggest tour yet: the Skeletour World Tour 2025, with over 55 dates worldwide. The show is nothing short of theatrical, with massive stage design, immersive visuals, and a performance meant to leave a lasting impression.
